How is the license key delivered?

Your license key is emailed automatically within seconds of purchase from sales@vfilabs.com. Run the included installer, enter your key, and ALL 5+ studies install directly to your Sierra Chart Data folder. You can be trading the same day.

What Sierra Chart data feed do I need?

The order flow studies require a feed that provides bid and ask volume — Rithmic, CQG, and Denali all qualify. DepthIQ AI requires Python 3.8+ for the AI Bridge. Dynamic ATR Levels and ATR Line Break work with any standard OHLC data feed.

Does DepthIQ AI require a separate API key?

Yes. The AI features in DepthIQ AI use Groq — the fastest LLM inference API available. You bring your own Groq API key, which is free to obtain. The key is entered in Sierra Chart settings — no separate software installation required.

Is the Groq or LLM API key completely free?

While obtaining the API key is free, usage of the LLM inference does incur a small cost when the AI interface is active, based on your consumption.

How many machines can I activate?

Your Elite license activates on up to 2 machines. Activations are hardware-locked via registry. Contact sales@vfilabs.com if you need additional activations.
